All Users hereby grants the Company all rights, without recourse, to reproduce, publish, create derivatives works from; use Postings provided by User, by any means deemed appropriate by Company through the use of Site. The User agrees the rights provide a permanent, non-revocable, royalty free and non-exclusive to Company to create future works and publicize through any means. |

User shall not solicit nor distribute on or through this Site any Postings containing any advertising, promotion, service offering without the express written permission of the Company. Users acknowledge that solicitations must remain within the respective interactive areas of Site under the appropriate advertising applications including, but not limited to: banner advertisements and directories. Users may not intentionally use Postings (including Classified Ads) to solicit other Users of Site. |

Periodically, and upon the Company’s discretion, accounts may be deactivated or terminated due to inactivity. It may be necessary to inactivate account(s) in order to free storage space or otherwise enhance performance or carry out the duties of the Company. Accounts under a subscription or paid listing will not be inactivated during the time of the service agreement or for a period of time thereafter. The timeframe for determining Inactivity is at the sole discretion of the Company and communications may not be provided prior to inactivating an account. Upon Inactivity, Users may not be able to retain their original log-in, preferences, profile, postings, and communications; or stored or uploaded data. |

Users may terminate or cancel their use of this Site and/or their respective account at anytime and without prior notice. Users may edit or delete any information within their profile at their discretion while the account remains active. Company may terminate, deactivate or suspend a User’s registered account or access at anytime at its sole discretion. Users agree and understand that Company shall not be liable, whatsoever, to any Users or entities for any results consequential to Termination. |

Any bounty, reward or solicitation presented as part of a Posting or other advertisement is strictly and solely between the registered account holder and third party. Company DOES NOT MAKE ANY REWARDS AND DOES NOT GUARANTEE VALIDITY OF ANY REWARD OR ENFORCEMENT OF PAYMENT THEREOF. Company reserves the right, and User agrees, to make available six and ½ (6.5) percent of any available law enforcement or agency reward to Company; herein referenced as “Referral Fee” for collaborating and identifying any opportunity that leads to the User securing a reward from their use of Site. Users providing communications, including tips, to law enforcement agencies or entities identified through, and part of this Site, may be subject to the commission. User hereby agrees that such agency or law enforcement agency may provide payment directly to Company as part of their Subscription Agreement. |

Refund and Return Policy: Company is committed to providing their Users with service excellence. If a registered account holder has purchased any Posting or Service from Company, they are entitled to a refund; not to exceed the amount paid. All refunds must be requested within 10 calendar days from purchase of the service. Please contact CustomerCare@peoplebounty.com to request a refund. Refunds must be accompanied with an explanation of discontinuance or termination. Refunds will be processed within 6-8 weeks. Any paid Postings must not have received transactions, communications or other Posting(s) from other Users or entities. Any refund for service purchased from a third party on this Site must be directed to the third party. Company is not responsible or liable for any third party refunds. |

Execution and enforcement of this Agreement is at the Company’s sole discretion; and Company is not liable for any exercise or lack thereof for enforcing the Terms of this Agreement. |
